
This series will be led by Mandy Null, a clinician at Carolina Assessment Services. Mandy has a passion for expressive activities such as writing, that allow reflection in our inner and outer world. Mandy will not only be nonjudgemental and compassionate, but she’ll give you the creative tools to express yourself and have fun.

Using meditations, poems, journaling, and collaborative discussions to explore the state of stillness.
Specifics
During each session, members can expect breathing exercises, meditations, poems, dedicated moments for reflection, and collaborative discussions. The hope for this group is that individuals will be able to dip into their deeper consciousness through reflective writing. The group will be semi-structured, but mainly flexible. It has been found that structuring a journal group too much can diminish creative spirit and depth. The shared space we have is dedicated to introspection to unearth emotions and thoughts that are deeply held and rarely surface.
Dates and Times
Each session will be 90 minutes long, meeting every Thursday from 6:00-7:30pm.
Sessions begin the first Thursday of September (1st) and end the first Thursday of October (6th)
There will be 6 sessions in total and members cannot exceed more than 10 per session.
If you pay for the series in full ($80), you will receive a handmade journal to use in sessions. If you pay per session ($10), you must bring your own writing book.
